How We Work — Please Read Before Ordering

Please create an account on our website before placing your order.

2. Choose Your Products

Go to our Shop, select the products you would like, and add them to your cart.

3. Choose Your Theme & Personalisation

Please note that all our products are custom-made. The images shown on our website are examples only. We can customise your order to suit any theme.

You do not need to enter your child's name, age, and theme on every product. These details are entered once at checkout and will apply to your entire order.

4. Want to Add a Photo?

If you would like us to include a photo of your child, please reply to your order confirmation email with the photo attached.

5. After Your Order Is Placed

Once your order has been placed and payment has been received, we will contact you via WhatsApp to discuss your theme, design ideas, and any specific requirements.

Please remember: The product images on our website are examples to show what is possible. Your order will be custom-designed to suit your chosen theme and personalisation.

I placed the order Thursday evening, Friday they sent me the design for my son's birthday bucket, and the following Tuesday I received my parcel and the buckets are stunning! I didn't even wait a week for the parcel. I am looking forward to doing business with them again next year. The fillings are great and very neatly packed inside the bucket.
