Please understand I work for myself! Prices quoted upon reflect my time & skill level and I take a lot of pride in what I do. It’s also important to me to never put quantity over quality! I never want the quality of my work to suffer. Each order has my heart and soul poured into it!
* All orders to be placed 2 to 4 weeks in advance, depending on what you order.
* I do not allow walk-ins for time & safety reasons. I work alone on all orders from prepping, planning, communicating & shopping for supplies & unfortunately, I’m not always able to meet all clients, or take many phone calls, since I’m busy with orders.
* Inquiries will be responded to within business hours 8:00-17:00, we do not take calls after hours.
* All orders require full payment 3 weeks prior to collection/delivery of your order
* Orders placed less than 2 week in advance will incur a rush fee.

We have a minimum order quantity of 10, except on t-shirts, hoodies, welcome posters, baby grows, banners and my birthday sighs. Should you order less that 10 a design fee will be charged.
