I am a small, independently-run business, and each order I
produce is carefully crafted with the utmost attention to detail. The prices
quoted reflect not only my time and skill level but also the pride I take in my
work. My goal is always to prioritize quality over quantity, ensuring
every order receives my full dedication.
- Order
Lead Times: All orders must be placed 2 to 4 weeks in advance,
depending on the products ordered.
- No
Walk-ins: For time management and safety reasons, I do not allow
walk-ins. As I manage all aspects of the business myself—including
preparation, production, planning, communication, and sourcing supplies—I
am unfortunately not always available to meet clients in person or answer
frequent phone calls.
- Business
Hours: Inquiries will be responded to during business hours
(08:00–17:00). Please note that we do not take calls after hours.
- Payment
Terms: Full payment is required at least 3 weeks prior to the
collection or delivery of your order.
- Rush
Orders: Orders placed less than 2 weeks before the event date will
incur a rush fee. Please contact me to confirm if I can accommodate
your order.
- Minimum
Order Quantities: We have a minimum order quantity of 10 items per
product, except for t-shirts, hoodies, welcome posters, baby grows,
banners, and birthday posters. Orders below the minimum quantity will be
subject to a design fee.
